Expand Your Capacity is a global, values-driven agency built on care, collaboration, and capacity building.
We pair mission-driven founders, including consultants, coaches, healers, non-profit leaders, artists, and small business owners, with skilled virtual assistants from across the globe.
We don't just make a match. We coach you through letting go of the tasks holding you back, so you can finally focus on the work only you can do.
‘‘When meeting with Sonya, I immediately felt the care, thoughtfulness, and intention she’s poured into Expand Your Capacity. It was clear this wasn’t just a VA agency, but a true partnership model. Based on my needs, she connected me with my VA, who has been an absolute joy to work with: incredibly hardworking, consistently positive, and deeply reliable. She has supported everything from building and executing our social media calendar to drafting emails, and tracking metrics. Having a skilled VA from EYC has freed up my time and mental space to focus on higher-impact work, while knowing the details are handled with care."
